We design and implement AI-assisted workflows that capture, qualify and route customer inquiries — connected to your CRM, spreadsheets and e-mail. You get a running system, not a slide deck.
Which tools does this run on?
Typically Make for orchestration, OpenAI models for analysis, and HubSpot or Google Sheets as the destination — adapted to whatever your team already uses. Every account stays in your ownership.
How long does a project take?
A first working pipeline is usually live in two to three weeks, including a calibration phase where your team checks the AI's output before anything runs unattended.
