1. Controller

2. Contact form

When you submit our contact form, we process the data you provide (name, company, e-mail, optional website, your message and, on the audit form, team size, enquiry volume and optional current tools) in order to respond to your enquiry and prepare an automation assessment (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR).

Submissions are processed through our own intake workflow. The following processors may receive your data for this purpose: Make (workflow automation), OpenAI (automated analysis and summary of your message), Google Sheets (storage) and HubSpot (CRM). Data processing agreements are in place with these providers; transfers to third countries are safeguarded by EU standard contractual clauses where applicable.

Your data is retained only as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and any resulting business relationship.

3. Hosting and server logs

This website is hosted by Railway Corp. (USA). When you visit the site, the server processes technical data (IP address, time of request, browser information) to deliver the site securely (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). Transfers to third countries are safeguarded by EU standard contractual clauses.

4. Cookies and tracking

A strictly necessary cookie (NEXT_LOCALE) stores your language preference when you switch languages manually. The website also stores your advertising-measurement choice locally so that it can respect that choice on later visits.

For aggregate visitor statistics we run a self-hosted, cookieless analytics tool (Umami) on our own infrastructure. It sets no cookies, stores no IP addresses and creates no cross-site profiles; data is not shared with third parties.

When Google Ads measurement is configured, the Google tag loads only after you choose 'Allow measurement'. Google may then process advertising click identifiers and technical usage data to attribute an audit request to an advertisement. This processing is based on your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR and the applicable rules for device access). If you reject measurement, the Google tag is not loaded. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time through the 'Privacy choices' control.

All fonts are self-hosted on our own server; no requests are sent to Google Fonts or other third-party font services when you visit this site.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your personal data, to restrict processing, to data portability, and to object to processing. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time with effect for the future. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
