Productised pilot
14-Day Enquiry-to-Quote Pilot
For UK specialist contractors and technical field service firms that need a visible owner and next action between an enquiry and a quote.
Every in-scope enquiry becomes a record with an owner and dated next action, or enters a visible human review queue. No record is silently ignored.

Frequently asked questions
What exactly is included in £950?
The fixed fee covers one source, one destination, agreed field extraction, record creation, owner, status, dated next action, a review queue, a basic team notification, testing against up to 30 supplied examples and handover notes. Third-party licences and anything outside that fixed scope are separate.
When does the 14-day period start?
It starts when the agreed system access, sample enquiries and acceptance rules are available—not simply on the payment date.
Do we need HubSpot?
No. The one destination can be HubSpot or Google Sheets. The pilot does not include a full CRM implementation.
Can you work with our shared inbox?
Yes. One shared inbox can be the pilot source, subject to access and a fit check. Alternatively, the source can be one web form.
Will the system send quotes automatically?
No. Automated pricing, quote preparation and autonomous quote sending are outside this pilot. Commercial decisions stay with your team.
Who owns the accounts and data?
Your organisation owns the operating accounts and operational data. Access and handover responsibilities are documented for the agreed setup.
What happens when the system is unsure?
The record is placed in a visible human review queue with the missing or uncertain information exposed. It is not silently discarded.
What is not included in the pilot?
The pilot excludes a full CRM change, broad migration, multiple sources, extra channels, outbound campaigns, autonomous pricing or quotes, custom models, website redesign, guarantees and third-party licences.
What happens after the pilot?
You keep the agreed workflow, accounts and handover notes. Any support, additional source, destination or broader implementation is optional and separately scoped.
