Website form to HubSpot · Fixed-scope implementation
Connect one website form to HubSpot with an owned next action.
Make one website form create or update the agreed HubSpot record, with a responsible person and a next action. Keep your current website and verify the actual HubSpot plan before choosing the integration.
£950 · 14 calendar days · One source · One destination
The handoff to check
If a form currently ends in an email notification, decide which HubSpot record should follow. A contact alone is not necessarily a distinct project enquiry, and repeated submissions need an agreed rule.

Check whether the source is a HubSpot form, an external form with a supported connector or a webhook/API source. Confirm the customer’s HubSpot edition, property access and task/workflow capabilities. An upgrade or third-party connector is never assumed to be included in £950.
Separate a contact from an enquiry
Agree whether the next record is a contact update, deal or another supported structure. Choose field mappings and a duplicate rule. If an existing contact makes a new project request, the acceptance examples should show how that request remains distinguishable.
Check delivery and recovery
Test complete and incomplete submissions, a repeated submission and a rejected destination write. Confirm that the enquiry has an owner, status and dated next action or a visible exception. No portal-wide cleanup, historical migration or unsupported workflow entitlement is promised.
The bounded deliverable
One enquiry source: one web form or one shared inbox
One destination: HubSpot or Google Sheets
Extraction of available contact or company details, enquiry type, work scope, postcode or service area, domestic or commercial context, requested timing, drawings, urgency and preferred contact method
An owner, status and dated next action on every created record
A visible human review queue for uncertain or incomplete records
A basic team notification
Acceptance testing against up to 30 historical examples supplied by your team
Short operating and handover documentation
Customer-owned accounts and operational data
The 14-day delivery window starts once the agreed access, sample enquiries and acceptance rules are available.
£475 at the agreed start; £475 after documented acceptance. Third-party software fees are excluded. The pilot does not include autonomous pricing, quoting, revenue guarantees or CRM replacement.
Fits: One existing website form, a customer-owned HubSpot portal and an agreed record/ownership rule.
Outside this pilot: Full portal rebuilds, subscription upgrades, all-site form migrations or attribution warehouse projects.
Can the pilot work with HubSpot Starter?
The fit check must verify the actual plan and required actions. We first assess supported native capabilities. Any connector or feature limitation is documented before scope acceptance; no upgrade is assumed.
